Women's Functional Nutrition - 2 Class Series
Join us in person for two fun, educational classes all about women’s functional nutrition and feeling your best!
In-Person Women’s Functional Nutrition 2-Class Series (Encinitas, CA)
This class series is for gals who want to maximize their vitality and feel great in their body! If you've been experiencing digestive or gut issues, low energy, hormonal imbalances, or feeling a general lack of inner vitality, then join us for an in-person workshop Foundations > Fads™. This class is designed to simplify functional nutrition and bring your body back to homeostasis. This is not about trends, it is about understanding your body, how symptoms talk to us, and the nutritional inputs our body needs to carry out all it's processes optimally!
You will walk away with practical knowledge to support your digestion, gut health, energy, mood, and hormones and more (it's all connected) to feel healthy, resilient, and balanced.
Session 1: Foundations + Gut Health (Sunday 5/3: 10am - 11am)
We'll cover the foundations of nutrition that support long-term vitality, learn how digestion actually works, why it is the root of everything and how to actually get it back on track when it gets off. We'll dive into creating a strong and healthy gut (70% of our immune system is in our gut!).
[Integrate + Apply Learnings before Session 2]
Session 2: Hormone Foundations + Our Moon Cycle (Sunday 5/17: 10am - 11am)
Understand the four phases of the menstrual cycle and how to support each phase with nutrition and lifestyle. We will cover the role of blood sugar and stress in hormone health, why hormone balance starts with foundational health, and practical ways to work with your body instead of against it.
What To Bring:
Just your lovely self, a notebook, pen, and a willingness to learn! You will receive handout materials as well.
This workshop is led by Aubrey Miller, Nutritional Therapy Practitioner (NTP), RWP-1, specializing in digestive health, functional gut testing, and the foundational systems that support long-term vitality. Her work takes a whole-person approach, integrating functional nutrition, yoga, and Eastern frameworks to address digestion, stress, and the internal environment as a whole. Her philosophy is simple: feeling good is your birthright, and just because something is common doesn’t mean it’s normal.
NOTE: This Class Takes Place Over 2-Sessions
