Bananasana (“banana” + “asana”) is a yin yoga pose, aka “banana pose” that gives a long side body stretch, right where your vagus nerve wraps around your gut. You basically put your body in the shape of a banana, a classic and nutritious go-to. Bananasana perfectly blends my foundational approach to health rooted in functional nutrition and yoga studies. In my services I focus on digestion and gut health, women’s health, strengthening immune health, and overall vitality without chasing trends (Foundations > Fads™ course offering launching April 2026).

Quick intro here! I am a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner, with additional training in functional gut testing & gastrointestinal healing, certified 200-hour yoga teacher, reiki master, and holistic herbalism, TCM, and Ayurveda informed. I believe real health starts with strong foundations. My work focuses on digestion, gut health through functional testing and nutrition, movement, and lifestyle practices that are supportive, feel intuitive, and sustainable. Feeling good is our birthright and just because something is common, doesn’t mean it’s normal! I went through many of my own health challenges/opportunities and believe we can all restore our vitality at any age, and any life stage, to do all that we are meant to achieve! I am an avid nature and ocean lover, adventure seeker, love to explore, play tennis, do yoga, hike, dance, travel, enjoy live music, and spend time with family and friends.
